Since 1995, Colombia has been creating "Houses of Justice" whose main goal is to bring the justice closer to the marginal neigborhoods, giving empowerment to the traditional and cultural practices fo conflict solving.
Following this path, the House of Justice of the Aguablanca District in Cali is a resource who brings together the formal justice and the communitary justice through the aknowledgement of the power of each community and the alternative mechanisms to close the gap between humans.
